TRINITY SEASON
Most people have heard about the Holy Trinity in the phrase "Father, Son, and Holy Spirit," but who really understands it?  
Trinity is the longest season in the Church year; we talk about "Sundays After Trinity" but the Trinity concept itself is so difficult: not three Gods but one God, not simply a single "person" God but a God who is a community within God's self.  Of course, it's going to take more than this life to get it - let alone from now until Advent!

NOTES

  1. The family worship service is non-eucharistic (ie, not Holy Communion) and is largely informal.  This service will be rotated monthly, so do watch out for where it is next.  
  2. There will be the occasional adjustment, according to seasons and festivals, so keep an eye on the services link in the purple box, above.
  3. St Margaret's (at the top of the rise on Bellamy's Lane) is a Prayer Book (BCP) church and uses BCP worship on most occasions.  The 10.30 on a 4th Sunday occasionally has Matins (sung).

Most weekday mornings there is morning prayer at 08.30 in St Mary’s, Burnham Market. Anyone can join in - you don’t even have to be there!  When you hear the bell ringing at 08.30, take a couple of moments out to have the one-to-one talk with God that we call prayer. Of course, we’d rather see you in person...
